He is also the founder of a marketing and design company based in the U.S.

He was a major partner of and consultant to ophthalmic blade manufacturing company Microfine and R.R. Manufacturing. All of these companies supplied blades to SurgiEdge(India) therefore Mr. Jayendra Karsaliya was actively involved in both manufacturing and sales activities.
